I have been playing these clubs for a little over a year now, and in that time I have dropped my HC 7 or 8 points. It is a good club, and an excellent buy for a mid-high handicapper - especially at the $200-300 range. I had been playing some knock-off Callaway copies with graphite shafts and was looking to sacrifice a little distance for more accuracy. Bearing in mind that my average score using the knock-offs was 90-95, the Titleists were exactly what I needed. I now average an 82-84 and a lot of the reason I think is these clubs and a fair amount of practice. That's the good thing about them.

Now for the downside. I have been flirting around in the high 70's off and on, but can't seem to get over the hump to single digit handicap. I have always heard better players I know be able to tell when the shot wasn't hit pure (thin, toe, heel), but I never really got any of that, with the exception of maybe a thin shot. That is wonderful if you play infrequently and want to be able to not look ridiculous when you do get to play. The Titleist's - as well as most any oversize cavity back - will hide a multitude of swing sins. But if you want a better swing, as I do, I think these clubs only hide those small problems that need to be corrected. They are good, accurate clubs that will, in my opinion, improve your game to a point.
I am no expert by any means, but this club seems to me to be one for the 10-18 handicap player - one who has a decent swing but is not a very consistent ball-striker. I don't think very many low handicap players would like it simply because of it's thick sole and lack of feedback.
I retired the DCI's and just purchased a new set of Mizuno MP-33's with TT DG S-300 shafts after a lot of testing of different clubs. I hope to post a review on this club after 20-30 rounds.
